FAQ

INNA is a celebration of individuality, femininity, and confidence. As the designer behind INNA, I believe fashion is more than just a look; it’s a way to celebrate life and reconnect with the essence of who you are. I carefully select premium fabrics from Italy and France, blending them with timeless craftsmanship to create pieces that do more than just dress you — they bring you back to yourself.

Every INNA piece is designed to make you feel alive, empowered, and fully present. It’s about embracing the joy, lightness, and beauty of life. With every garment, you’re not just wearing clothing — you’re wearing an experience that reconnects you with your true self, with every detail made to embellish your unique journey.

I believe every woman is unique, and so is every dress. My dirndls are handcrafted using the finest premium natural fabrics, chosen for their beauty, comfort, and long-lasting quality. Each piece is carefully designed to celebrate femininity and confidence, offering a fit that’s both flattering and comfortable. The new collection includes thoughtful details like zippered pockets for practicality.

What truly sets it apart is the story behind each dress — every piece has its own character, just like the women who wear them. I take pride in offering exclusive, one-of-a-kind designs that can’t be replicated. Plus, with every dress, you’ll receive special gifts to help keep it in perfect condition, because I want your dirndl to last as beautifully as you do.

I personally select each fabric from trusted suppliers in Italy and France because of my passion for the finest materials.

I have a detailed size chart to guide you, but if you’re unsure, please contact me!

Delivery to the USA and Canada usually takes about a week, while in Europe, it’s typically 2–5 days, depending on your location. The exact cost of delivery is calculated at checkout.

I accept returns of items, provided they’re in unworn condition and returned within 14 days. Unfortunately, custom-made pieces cannot be returned, as they’re tailored specifically for you.

Yes, sustainability is at the core of what I do. I source premium fabrics from designer stock and trusted suppliers, ensuring high quality while reducing waste. MY dresses are partially made to order, which means I only create what’s needed, embracing slow fashion principles. I sell my pieces until they’re sold out, never discarding unsold items. By focusing on quality over quantity and reducing waste, I create lasting, beautiful pieces that are kind to both you and the planet.
