Returns Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their INNA’S purchases. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us via a clear statement by email. Please note that the responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer, and return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Custom-Made Items. Please be aware that custom-made clothing cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Process. You are responsible for the packaging, shipping, and related aspects of returning an item. All returned items must be in an undamaged, unworn condition and adequately postage-paid. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Inspection and Damage. Upon receiving the item, we will manually inspect it to assess its condition, authenticity, and any undisclosed damage. If the product is damaged due to the customer’s mishandling, the customer may be liable for a reduction in the product’s value, which can be up to 100%.
